t-mac BeMS

Building Energy Management System
The t-mac MINI BeMS unit connects to key energy intensive equipment such as air conditioning and AHU systems, lighting circuits and door/air-curtains plus many more.

BeMS Solution

Control to save

The control strategies are configured to ensure maximum energy savings whilst maintaining the internal environment for the building. For HH billed sites, additional load-shifting control strategies are configured to provide additional cost savings at DUoS times and against TRiAD warning times; a kWh reduction at these times has a greater impact on the energy bill.

What does BeMS look like?

We connect to systems and equipment through a variety of wired or wireless sensors, contactors and relays. We attach to third party devices such as air conditioning systems, AHUs, compressors, PLCs and refrigeration through the modbus protocol or protocol converters.

Clever cloud software

Through the cloud based software each site’s controls strategy is configured and commissioned by the team. You can then view and, if required, amend the control strategy for one/many sites through the t-mac BeMS software and APP.

Where metering and/or AMR data is available, the team verify the controls against the energy consumption to provide evidence of energy consumption and cost reductions.

Managing the control strategy to maintain the savings
Through the same software you can use and build interactive reports, set up alerts to maintain the energy savings for years to come. Alternatively, we can provide a bureau service where a dedicated team of analysts will maintain the t-mac BeMS and identify further opportunities that may present themselves over the course of the contract.
